Director


NICEIC qualifying manager, Alan
has over 40 years experience in
the building industry and has
undertaken all types of residential
and commercial building projects.
His role is to oversee the
day to day complex operations
of Hassco Building including
overall responsibility for the
projects, estimating for new
projects, ensuring Quality
Control, providing buildability
strategies and maintaining
Client focus - delivering
quality work at the
promised time.
Metin Hassan MRICS
Director


Building Surveyor, entrusted with
ensuring that Hassco Building’s
goal of quality workmanship
is achieved to the Client’s
specification.
Having previously worked for
10 years between Drivers Jonas,
Davis Langdon and
St James Homes he has all the
necessary project experience to
co-ordinate and deliver projects
from commencement
to completion.
His background of working for
Surveyors and House Builders
gives him the ideal experience to
understand the needs of Clients
and Design Teams.
Os Hassan
PROJECT MANAGER
PARTNER



profession, Os is responsible for
the day to day site management of
projects.
With 30 years of building
experience, his in-house skills are
required to ensure projects run
smoothly, managing site logistics,
implementing health & safety on
site and reducing the risk of cost
and programme overruns.
Sal Hassan
SITE FOREMAN


City & Guilds qualified, having
worked for several years on large
scale new build residential
developments for contract bricklayers.
He is a working site foreman for
Hassco Building overseeing all
trades, particularly specialising
in groundworks and superstructure
brickwork for new build and
extension projects.
OSSIE HASSAN
FINANCE


the management of financial
matters at Hassco Building,
including payroll, bookkeeping,
invoicing, PAYE & VAT returns.
Ossie is a graduate from University
of Warwick Business School
studying to become a
Chartered Accountant.
